No, one of the most misconstrued beliefs regarding DNA testing is that it requires the drawing of blood. However, the beauty of our company's collection method is that it is performed through a simple painless mouth swab. Both procedures are just as equally accurate. Nonetheless, we at AZ DNA believe in using the newer, more technological procedure, which is less invasive than the old standard procedure of blood testing.

 

Cheek swabs and saliva testing can be done immediately after birth, and typically the child and alleged father are tested. Results exclude or confirm the biological father with an accuracy rate exceeding 99.9%.
